About the position

Ready for a career you will love? Facilitating the deep happiness of our guests is core to our mission at Goddess Retreat. We love to make our retreats a life changing experience for our guests, and we know that the inspiring women who lead our retreats makes all of the difference.

We are focused on having the best customer service in the industry, and we are looking for an open-hearted woman, with a love of service to others, to join our team.

In this role you will help guide our guests through their retreat experience so that they enjoy every aspect their time with us. You will also be a friend and a trusted leader they can go to with with questions and concerns during their journey. You will be an integral part of supporting our guests throughout their life changing experience with us.

What we are looking for

We are looking for emotionally mature, dependable, outgoing, adventurous women who love the beach, personal development and travelling and of course how we could we forget the love of yoga !

Ideally, you will already have some experience in a hospitality and a service based industry and be very confident in working with people in a service capacity.

You will be currently living in Bali or have spent some time in Bali and are familiar with the island and life in Indonesia.

Bonus – If you have any special skills and qualifications in relation to personal health and wellness, yoga, fitness…we want to hear from you!
